What do you do when your life feels like it's not going the way you planned, or meeting the timelines you set? When everything feels muddled, you're not sure what to do and God seems to have gone silent.
I have found myself in this situation many times and felt that I lack direction and purpose. What I have learnt is that during these times it's essential to continue to lean on the Lord and take refuge in His word.
Although we know to trust in Gods timing, I often find it comforting to remind myself that God truly works in mysterious ways. Some of the darkest times I have been through and less-than-ideal situations have resulted in me being awe-struck at how good God is.
Reminding myself that if He has done it before He can do it again has brought me through hard times where a resolution felt impossible.
So what I want to provide you with in this newsletter is some ways you can remain hopeful in the Lord in these times.
1. Remind yourself of who God says you are.
There are many times in the bible where it speaks about how God views us. When the world does not value you focus on how much God values you. You truly are His special possession.

2. God will never leave nor forsake you.
When things get tough I remind myself of this. It gives me a refreshed hope and strength to continue. As Christians, God does not promise us an easy life but through the trials and tribulations He will always be with you.

3. Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end".
Most of us have heard this quote before but when you consider it with God in mind it becomes all the more powerful. When things feel like they are falling apart, it is truly not the end. God has got you. He can bring you through whatever you are going through. This does not mean that things will be perfect but rather that in the end all things will work out for His good.

You are deeply loved by God. Never forget that.
